
Whole Pork Loin
INGREDIENTS
- Unger Meats WHOLE PORK LOIN
- Yellow Mustard (as the carrier)
- Seasoning of choice (we used Hard Core Carnivore RED All Purpose Seasoning)
- Favourite BBQ Sauce (we used Ol’ West BBQ Sauce)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat smoker to 250 F.
- Coat the Pork Loin with some mustard.
- Season entire loin generously with your seasoning of choice.
- Place on the smoker grill, insert temperature probe, and smoke until it reaches internal temperature between 140F to 145F (watch this closely). Ours was on for 1 hour and 10 mins.
- Once the internal temperature has been reached, remove from the smoker, wrap in foil and allow to rest for a few minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!
