Whole Pork Loin

INGREDIENTS

  • Unger Meats WHOLE PORK LOIN
  • Yellow Mustard (as the carrier)
  • Seasoning of choice (we used Hard Core Carnivore RED All Purpose Seasoning)
  • Favourite BBQ Sauce (we used Ol’ West BBQ Sauce)

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat smoker to 250 F.
  • Coat the Pork Loin with some mustard.
  • Season entire loin generously with your seasoning of choice.
  • Place on the smoker grill, insert temperature probe, and smoke until it reaches internal temperature between 140F to 145F (watch this closely). Ours was on for 1 hour and 10 mins.
  • Once the internal temperature has been reached, remove from the smoker, wrap in foil and allow to rest for a few minutes.
  • Slice and enjoy!
