Steak Fajitas
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb Unger Meats Top Sirloin Steak
- 1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Bell Peppers, thinly sliced
- Cooking Oil of choice
- How to BBQ Right Grande Gringo Mexican Seasoning
- Meat Mitch WHOOMP White Sauce
- 8” Flour Tortillas
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your grill or flat top griddle. We used the Pitboss Cast Iron Griddle.
- Heat oil on the griddle until quite hot (so you get a sizzle when you toss some water drops on it).
- Cut the Top Sirloin Steak into thin strips and cook on the preheated griddle. Season with How to BBQ Right Grande Gringo Mexican Seasoning (or seasoning of choice).
- Thinly slice onions and peppers and place on griddle once the steak is nearly done. Season with seasoning of choice.
- Sauté vegetables for 8 – 10 minutes flipping and stirring regularly. Cook steak to your doneness preference.
- Combine the steak and vegetables on the griddle and push aside.
- Add more oil to the griddle and warm/brown the flour tortillas. Just until they have a nice golden colour.
- Now assemble the fajitas, top with Meat Mitch WHOOMP White Sauce (or your sauce of choice).
ENJOY!
