
Pizza Perogies Supreme
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pkg Country Perogy Shop’s PIZZA Perogies (12 pcs)
- 1 each Red, Green & Yellow Peppers, sliced
- 1 large Onion, sliced
- Prairie Oils & Vinegars Pizziolo Infused Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Pizza Seasoning of choice (try this recipe)
- 4 Tbsp Dried Oregano
- 2 Tbsp Dried Basil
- 1 Tbsp Dried Onion or Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Dried Thyme
- 1 Tbsp Dried Fennel
- 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ground Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Boil the Pizza Perogies as per package instructions.
- Combine all the pizza seasoning spices and mix well. Use what is needed and store the rest in an air tight container for future use.
- In a large skillet, heat the Pizziolo Infused Olive Oil and sauté peppers, onion and pizza spice until the peppers are soft. Set aside.
- In the same skillet and oil, fry the pre-boiled perorgies until browned then add in the sautéed peppers and onions.
- Serve as a main dish or side dish.
