Pizza Perogies Supreme

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg Country Perogy Shop’s PIZZA Perogies (12 pcs)
  • 1 each Red, Green & Yellow Peppers, sliced
  • 1 large Onion, sliced
  • Prairie Oils & Vinegars Pizziolo Infused Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Pizza Seasoning of choice (try this recipe)
    • 4 Tbsp Dried Oregano
    • 2 Tbsp Dried Basil
    • 1 Tbsp Dried Onion or Onion Powder
    • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
    • 1 Tbsp Dried Thyme
    • 1 Tbsp Dried Fennel
    • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
    • 1 Tbsp Fresh Ground Pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Boil the Pizza Perogies as per package instructions.
  2. Combine all the pizza seasoning spices and mix well. Use what is needed and store the rest in an air tight container for future use.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the Pizziolo Infused Olive Oil and sauté peppers, onion and pizza spice until the peppers are soft. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet and oil, fry the pre-boiled perorgies until browned then add in the sautéed peppers and onions.
  5. Serve as a main dish or side dish.
