Parmesan Crusted Baked Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
- 4 Boneless Pork Chops
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ¼ cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika (or Smoked Paprika)
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan Cheese, breadcrumbs and spices.
- Brush Pork Chops with Olive Oil.
- Dredge each pork chop in parmesan cheese and spice mixture, pressing gently to coat.
- Place pork chops on the baking sheet and bake 20-25 mins, until internal temp reaches 145 F. Don’t overcook…always a problem with pork.
- Serve hot, optionally garnish with extra parmesan.
