Parmesan Crusted Baked Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Boneless Pork Chops
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika (or Smoked Paprika)
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan Cheese, breadcrumbs and spices.
  • Brush Pork Chops with Olive Oil.
  • Dredge each pork chop in parmesan cheese and spice mixture, pressing gently to coat.
  • Place pork chops on the baking sheet and bake 20-25 mins, until internal temp reaches 145 F. Don’t overcook…always a problem with pork.
  • Serve hot, optionally garnish with extra parmesan.
