
Beef Short Ribs
INGREDIENTS
- Unger Meats BEEF SHORT RIBS
- Seasoning of choice (we used House of Q Competition Beef Rub)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat smoker to 250 F.
- Season Beef Short Ribs generously with your seasoning of choice.
- Place on TOP RACK of smoker, probe and cook for about 6-7 hrs (until an internal temperature of 205-210 F is reached). *
- Remove from the smoker, wrap tightly in foil and allow to rest for about 30 mins.
*We did hit a stall at about 170 F so we bumped the grill temperature up to 275 F and that seemed to push it through the stall.
