Smoked Whole Beef Tenderloin

INGREDIENTS

  1. Preheat your grill to 225 degrees.
  2. Season whole beef tenderloin with kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and rub into the meat. Place on grates of preheated grill.
  4. Smoke the tenderloin for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 130 degrees.
  5. Remove tenderloin from the grill, wrap loosely with foil and let rest for about 10 mins.
  6. Slice and serve.
