Smoked Whole Beef Tenderloin
INGREDIENTS
- Preheat your grill to 225 degrees.
- Season whole beef tenderloin with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and rub into the meat. Place on grates of preheated grill.
- Smoke the tenderloin for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 130 degrees.
- Remove tenderloin from the grill, wrap loosely with foil and let rest for about 10 mins.
- Slice and serve.
